Ad Manager System for Windows

The Pine Ad Submission Management Program helps with the creation and submission of multiple ads from basic ad elements as well as the management of submitted ads on various free ad web sites.  This program saves over 90% of the time needed for ad creation and submission.

Overview

The Ad Management System allows you to create and submit ads on the internet.  It has the ability to use given ad elements ("pieces") to create multiple ads by "mixing and matching" these elements into new ads.  Over and above this ability, you can also enter your own full (complete) ads to use without any "mixing and matching".

 

You drive the system by registering your products (that which you are selling) and your ad websites (where you wish to place ads) centrally and independent of each other.  Also independently, a central list of “Groups” can be created, used to group ads and ad elements with the same properties together.  This is also intended to manage ads with different physical features separately.

 

All other functions are Product dependent, meaning that they work on one product at a time.

Submitting an ad on a website for the first time requires the user to submit the ad manually by using a floating window with a "manual" set of commands, allowing the program to "learn" the required positions for each part of the ad and accompanying user and URL information.  After this initial process, an ad will be placed automatically as you navigate to the various web pages.

Each product can have one or more landing page which can be selected when the ads are eventually submitted to the ad website. 

After submission, the submitted ads can be viewed and expired ads will be indicated for resubmission.  Should a website offer follow-up services preferred to the Ad Management System's controls, an expired ad can be made "dormant", hiding it from every day management actions.  Dormant ads can be viewed separately and activated again at any time..

Once created, the submission of ads is vastly accelerated by the automatic processes and can save you hours per day.
Browsing through the ads is done with a specific website selected.  All the ads belonging to the same set of properties as for the website will be shown, with an indication whether the ad has been used for this website, another website or whether the ad has expired on the selected website.

The system automatically includes new elements in the very next mix and match process after the introduction of such new elements.
